Check In/Out

Check in time is at 2 PM (Local Time). All bookings shall be held until 6:00PM (Local Time) of the check-in date. Kindly contact Luks Lofts Hotel if you shall be arriving later than 6:00PM. Failure to do so shall automatically result to the cancellation of your reservation and subject to cancellation fee. Check out time is at 12 NOON (Local Time). If you wish a later check-out, please contact us before 10AM on the day of departure and we shall do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.


All guests are required to pay the full amount upon making the reservation. Payment plans are available for reservations made via Credit Card authorization or Cash Basis. A deposit of P5,000 or more (Depending on the number of night’s stay) is required for additional services such as Room Service and In-room Spa upon checking in. An Invoice shall be issued upon Check out for other charges (if any) to be settled at the Front Desk before departure.


Any cancellation received within 72 hours prior to arrival date shall incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel shall be treated as a No-Show and shall incur the first night charge. Cancellation is sole responsibility of the guest and shall be charged accordingly. Any non-refundable deposit or payment which you have paid shall not be refunded and additional cancellation charges may apply.

Visitor Policy

Extra mattress/bed cannot be provided during the stay.
Guests may accommodate visitors inside their loft but only a maximum of 6 persons for 30 minutes. Visitors must sign the waiver and log in at the Security Area before entering the loft, unless they present an Authorization Letter with valid ID of the principal guest, along with authorized person's valid ID. Guests are only allowed to have their visitors inside the loft for 30 minutes.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the premises of the hotel.

Responsibility On Your Valuables

Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room, our hotel can store your valuables upon request. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables. The hotel is not responsible for valuables stored in a safety deposit box in your room.

Guest's Responsibility On Damage

As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you and your guest in the hotel room or in hotel premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property.
